Call Forward No Answer Activate | *52 | Forwards calls if not answered |
Call Forward No Answer Deactivate | *53 | Cancels forward on no answer |
Call Pickup (any ringing) | *8 | Picks up any ringing extension in the same pickup group |
Directed Call Pickup | **<ext> | Picks up a specific ringing extension |
Call Parking | *70 | Parks the call into an available parking slot |
Call Park Retrieve | 70 (or 71, 72, etc.) | Retrieves a parked call from that slot |
Do Not Disturb (DND) On | *78 | Activates DND |
Do Not Disturb (DND) Off | *79 | Deactivates DND |
Call Recording Toggle | *1 | Starts or stops call recording during a call |
Intercom Prefix | *80<ext> | Initiates an intercom call to an extension |
Echo Test | *43 | Runs a voice echo test (for diagnosing audio issues) |
